Did you know capybaras have a special third eyelid that helps protect their eyes while swimming? They also have excellent vision in low-light conditions and eyes positioned high on their heads to help them stay aware of their surroundings.

We recently had the chance to meet this adorable baby capybara, and it reminded us how fascinating eyes can be across the animal kingdom!
