Help us celebrate Pam Prior — it’s her birthday and an exciting milestone in her wellness career! 💜

Pam has been a licensed aesthetician since 2019, bringing her clients a rare combination of medical precision and spa-level relaxation. Her background as a dental hygienist means she holds the highest standards of safety and care, while her ever-growing expertise — from Jet Peel and Microcurrent to lymphatic and relaxation facials — makes each session a truly personalized experience.

And now, Pam is just a few weeks away from graduating from the Massage Therapy Program at Asnuntuck, soon to become a dual-licensed practitioner right here at our East Granby office.

Her dedication, curiosity, and warm, caring touch make her such a gift to our Little Bird community.

Please help us welcome Caitryn Byrka, LMT, to the Little Bird Wellness team! 💜

Caitryn’s journey back to massage is one of rediscovery and purpose. A Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy graduate (Class of 2014), she spent years helping clients manage chronic pain before life led her down a new path — and eventually back to the work that lights her up.

Through her own healing process, she was reminded how powerful massage can be for restoring balance, movement, and overall quality of life. That experience reignited her passion to help others do the same.

Caitryn will be seeing clients in both our East Granby and Manchester offices, bringing her intuitive, compassionate approach to each session. She’s excited to meet you, listen to your body’s needs, and support your healing journey one session at a time.
