Bend over at a 90° angle, head against the wall- Pick up a stool and try to stand up straight...
Most women can do it. Most men? Not so much.
- The reason comes down to center of mass and biomechanics — and it’s actually wild how your body compensates.
Try it and tag a friend to test it too. Just don’t blame us when your ego gets bruised….😜

Join Fortify Wellness & Physical Therapy this Thanksgiving as we raise funds for Fisher House Foundation.

Our group will meet at midnight on Thanksgiving (Fortify Location, East Granby) and walk 31 miles to the Manchester Road Race. Each participant joining our team, the Road Race Ruckers, is asked to either commit a $100 donation or raise $100 in support of the Fisher House Foundation.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, and in recognition, the Fisher House is honoring our living Vietnam Veterans for the tremendous sacrifices they and their families made for our country. Participating in this event is a meaningful way to honor a living Vietnam Veteran in your life.

Fortify is also forming a team for the Manchester Road Race after the 31-mile walk. If you’d prefer, you can join us just for the Road Race itself. Register here https://manchesterroadrace.com/
