Meet Kayla, our incredible Wellness & Enrichment Director!
Starting nearly two years ago at Edgewood Grand Forks South as a Med Aide, Kayla's journey has come full circle. From volunteering with her mom as a child to leading with heart in memory care, she recognizes the importance of everyday activities for our residents. She loves helping them reconnect with their core memories and bringing joy to their days. "Music and laughter are a huge part of the soul and seeing their smiles is the reason I love my new position."

Kayla is excited about joining the team at Edgewood EGF. With a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a positive environment, she and the team are committed to putting residents first. It’s all about creating a place where families feel confident and residents truly feel at home.

Outside of work, you can find Kayla jamming to '80s music and enjoying all the sweet moments with her 4-month-old son, who already loves visiting the residents just like she did as a child. We’re so lucky to have Kayla’s energy, compassion, and creativity on our team! 💚

We are thrilled to (re)introduce our Clinical Services Director, Jayme!
Though she joined our team nearly a year ago, she has already made a significant impact. With experience in skilled nursing, home health, and hospice, Jayme brings over 20 years of expertise and a deep understanding of compassionate care, especially in memory care, where she focuses on person-centered support and building strong connections with residents and their families.

Her daily dedication speaks volumes, and her leadership and presence continue to shape our team's culture in all the right ways.

What keeps her going outside of work? Quality time with her 10-year-old daughter! This summer, they’ve been busy making memories and soaking up the outdoors. We’re grateful to have Jayme and the meaningful presence she brings to our team every day!
