Welcome to Opticare! We are a regional optometry practice serving the Red River Valley since 1978! Call us to make an appointment.

At Opticare Forks Vision Clinic, we place a high importance on being helpful and treating our patients with the highest level of respect. We have been proudly serving the Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Crookston, MN communities since 1978. Our staff and doctors pride themselves on fast, friendly eye care service. Services we provide include Vision & eye health care, Emergency eye care, Contact lens service, Eyewear services, Infant vision assessments, Eye disease detection & management, PRI vision therapy. We have over two thousand frames on display & carry all of the latest fashions. Count on us for kids frames, sports goggles and accessories too!

Dr. Gander, you’re not only one of our three incredible doctors at Opticare—you’re a true pillar of this team.

Need a great eye exam? You’ve got it. Need life advice? You’re ready. Need a dad joke to lighten the mood? You’ve got a whole library (and probably a few new ones in your pocket).

From being our go-to optometrist, to serving as Mayor, and now stepping into your role as a Minnesota State Representative… we’re starting to wonder if a presidential campaign is next. (Just don’t forget—you still have clinic on Monday!)

Life has certainly picked up speed this year, but through it all, your dedication to our patients and team hasn’t missed a beat.
