Virtual listening sessions for transition planning.

The Division of Special Education at the Minnesota Department of Education is hosting three virtual community listening sessions with a focus on transition planning and graduation for students with disabilities. These sessions are held for you to share your stories, ask questions, and offer feedback on how Minnesota schools can better support students with disabilities as they exit high school.
