First, we start with the owl exercise 🦉 for your neck - moving clockwise and counterclockwise to free up stiffness. Then we move to shoulders, elbows, and wrists, gently rotating and stretching to keep your joints lubricated. 💫 You may hear clicks or pops (crepitus) - that’s normal and a sign the joints are moving! Doing this regularly will reduce pain, improve mobility, and slow arthritis progression. ✅
