Depression:
Things can get better
There are some things that i'm good at
I deserve to have good things happen to me
This feeling will pass
Take it one step at a time

Anger:
I'm not going to let this get to me
It's not worth it to get angry
I don't need to prove myself to anyone
I can't control other people
As long as I keep my cool, I'm in control
