Come join Debbie on the third Friday of the month this summer for a fun, all ages yoga class in the Yard!

Friday 6/20, 7/18, and 8/15 will have a practice in the yard at 6pm!

Bring a towel, water, maybe some bug spray and a smile, and we will move in the summer air!

Good news is if it rains, we can go inside :)

Color Yoga Monday morning at The Studio at NBX!!! Up above the bike shop is a super cute studio but Monday we will be in the yard so we can be crazy and colorful!!! We use Holi powder ( like for celebrations in India) and is messy as heck, but skin safe. I can’t say it’ll completely come out of your clothes so maybe wear things that you don’t mind getting extra fancy. You may want to practice on a towel or something you can wash, but it should rinse off of your mat. Sunscreen if you are sun sensitive😎 class is at 9am and it’s $15 (or if you have a class card or membership at Nbx you can use it)

Coming up Monday May 26 at The Studio at NBX! Super fun super messy and just $15 ( or if you are a member your class cards work too!) we have the all clear to park at Baron’s Ice Cream across the way . 9am outside ! If the weather doesn’t work out, we’ll move the Yoga inside. We’ll just have to reschedule the color part.🌷🥰🧑‍🎤

Save the Date!!!! Monday May 26 at 10 am in the yard at NBX Bikes, Yoga at NBX will be hosting a color class!!! It’s a yoga with Holi Powder ( which is messy but safe for skin). We will be outside in teh yard cause it’s messy and FUN! More to come……..

Well considering the back and forth weather forecast/reality, the class at was a success! Thank you all for coming out… was super friend to see new and old friends ( and made more with .bastia regular Tuesday group! We raised about $250 for and to share ❤️ thank you !!! I’ll be back at the point Monday 8/14 at 6, .bastia will be back for Tuesday 8/15, and will be back on Mondays 8/21! Beautiful place to practice ❤️

So the weather gods did not want me to teach yoga tonight 😡 I am super hopeful for tomorrow 🙏🏻 wet grass, clouds, sprinkles and wind =yuck! But!!!! I will have a rain date 8/14 at 6 pm in addition to tomorrow ❤️

Well this turned out amazing !!!! I asked if all y’all ( I lived in Texas 5 years, I can say that) would come to a free class if I could get space and permit. Well, Bonnie Pelletier, Pauline Genest and Patricia Bastia came through and offered me spots! And coincidentally enough on consecutive evenings! Monday August 7 and Tuesday August 8 at 6pm I will be at Rocky Point in Warwick for a free yoga flow! I will accept donations if you would like to contribute, but I will be donating them to Save One Soul Animal Rescue ( a league I foster for) .
To say my heart is full , is totally an understatement .

The space is waterfront, practice to the right of the arch, facing the bay, in the space between the old salt water pool and the beach (so RI! )

We are deeply saddened to say that we are closing our doors.

Covid really threw us for a loop and we just couldn’t financially make it in this new environment, and our biggest concern is everyones health and safety.

We will continue to offer a free class daily on FB live, times may vary a bit due to the teachers summer schedules, and we will also be offering some more options on Youtube.

We love you all and our community has always been the most important part to us ...
