Worked this series into some clients’ sessions this past week. Balance, finding core center and focus. A recent study found that adults need to be able to balance for at least 10 seconds on one foot. Losing balance is not so bad if you can regain it in that moment. Falling is what needs to be avoided.

Her expertise knowledge soared during this time and she is on her last step to completion of a full pilates certification. She has the tools that make her an incredibly gifted teacher.
