Just because your 6-week postpartum visit says âeverything looks okayâ doesnât mean you feel okay. If your body still feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable, or weak that makes sense.
Pelvic heaviness. Pain. Leaking. Discomfort with intimacy. Core weakness. None of these mean youâre broken, and none of them mean you have to âjust wait it out.â
