The smell of lilac flowers were delightful on my walk this morning. Which lilac do you think had the most pleasant and potent aroma?

Noticing our present moment experience can reduce stress and in turn dial down the intensity of pain.

A Practice: Intentionally shift from the endless mind chatter and planning to smelling, listening and feeling each step when walking, or in any situation really. Remember, every time we catch the mind wandering IS mindfulness!

Stop and smell the lilacs! Join me to use your nose to find the most potent flower. Share what you discover!

I will report back on the one that smelled the best in a few days. Which one do you think it was?
