Ascension Nxt Dumb Supper

You are invited to dine with the dead.

Every year at Ascension Nxt I love to host something that truly honors Samhain and our Ancestors.

Connecting with Ancestors is an age old Samhain tradition that has gotten lost over the years due to the commercialism of Halloween.

I love Halloween and all the fun things, but I love this time of the year even more when I connect with the old ways. Most likely it’s because I am an old soul and if you’re feeling that connection you are as well. 💗🎃

So what is a Dumb Supper?

A Dumb Supper is a Pagan tradition that honors the dead while dining and feasting on a full course meal, while also throwing the classy dinner traditions out the window.

We embrace the weird and eccentric, and love it! At our Dumb Supper, we dine in silence with the dead sitting at the head of the table, where the host offers them dinner during the feast. We also eat in reverse, starting with dessert and ending with soup or salad.

Why eat backwards?

Various explanations exist, but I believe eating backwards sets the intention that this is no ordinary feast and invites the dead to join us. As humans, we often fall into rigid, boring routines.

A Dumb Supper is a beautifully organized, chaotic celebration of the unknown and the realms where our ancestors reside. Spirits are free, and freedom means having fun, enjoying, and letting go of rigidity.

After eating in silence, we chat and discuss our experiences during the dinner, sharing memories to honor our ancestors. Here’s the itinerary for Ascension Nxt’s Dumb Supper.

We will be serving a 3 course meal prepared and made by Alicia and I.

We start at 7:00 pm sharp, so please arrive 10-15mins early to get situated.

What to bring?

🎃Photos of passed loved ones you’d like to honor or connect with.
🎃Items from loved ones who passed or ancestors.
🎃Journal, we will have time for writing.

What to wear? We ask that everyone dresses in all black, please wear some type of dress attire. (You don’t need to be super dressy, just look nice.) Usually I don’t dress up but will be for this event to honor our ancestors.

This dinner has always been enjoyable for everyone that has participated. We always have lots of fun and receive a lot of insight during and after.

We have a flood of things coming through soon, which will make covid look like baby s**t.

I didn’t incarnate on this planet to just be some online coach or spiritual teacher.

Those things are cool, but ALL in ALL I came here to be me. Which both communities seem to be super triggered by, but also preach the opposite.

I KNOW there’s a lot of you out there who feel that, but are wrapped up in “this is who I need to be for my biz, purpose whatever.”

I’m coming through to tell you it’s all a lie.

A DEMURE f**ken lie. Too make you a submissive bitch to something that doesn’t EVEN ALIGN with you.

I started my business in 2014 because my mission was to help people awaken their inner power and truth.

Still here doing just that. 🔥

AUTHENTICITY will LEAD us through these times, not the “I’m an authentic coach and you should buy my program because xyz” bulls**t.

There’s too much trying to be authentic, instead of just activating the f**k out of yourself and sharing that s**t with your communities.
