My personal results as a fat loss coach
Aug ➡️Oct
Following my hysterectomy surgery in February I decided to not implement any specific nutritional protocols and solely focus on healing and letting my body do what it needed to do!
It’s COMPLETELY NORMAL to see the scale spike up following inactivity due to illness or injury - don’t freak!!
In August I was feeling uncomfortable in my body..my jeans fit tighter..wearing baggy shirts and not feeling sexy. By this point though it was safe to begin being accountable with my food choices!
📊I calculated my CURRENT maintenance calories and took a traditional 500 calorie deficit. (Some people are better suited for a 10-20% reduction based on lifestyle and what’s safe for their body) Adjusted carbs and fats, NOT protein! I green lighted myself to do this bc I hadn’t been dieting and was eating above my body’s caloric needs to help myself heal.
👟Prioritied 10k daily steps! (that’s achieveable for me based on my daily average)
🥦Hard focus on fiber for digestive regularity
🏋️♀️ Progressive strength training and lifting HEAVY AF
🏃♀️ Added one stair exercise per week and sauna after each workout
You can see how my graph is farrr from linear with weight loss, some days my weight jumped right back to where I started but I continued to loose fat 🤙🏻 and the scale ain’t s**t!
In total I’m down 6lbs, nothing crazy but I feel much more comfortable in my body and clothing! That’s what matters most! 🙌🏻
REMINDER - if it was unsustainable to loose it, it’ll be unsustainable to keep it off 😙
Frustrated with how your clothes are fitting but don’t want to give up the wine and cheese nights with the girl squad? You’re not in this alone sis!!
Let me build your guide for sustainable fat loss that’s fits into your lifestyle!
I will say - if you’re not willing to hold yourself accountable for a few months for long term results I’m probably not a good coach for you!!
