The archer's arrow of Sagittarius symbolizes the focused intention required to manifest desires and manifest personal growth.

As the Moon shines its radiant light through the fiery and adventurous sign of Sagittarius, it ignites a transformative energy within the spiritual realm. This celestial alignment may stir the passions in witch, inspiring them to embark on a quest of self-discovery, self exploration, or further pursuit in magickal studies.

Under this potent lunar influence, I encourage practitioners to embrace their inner wanderer, seek knowledge, and expand their spiritual horizons.

It is a time to honor the spirits of adventure, freedom, and higher wisdom, tapping into the celestial energies to propel oneself forward on the enchanted path of magic and self-evolution.

Spring cleaning is right around the corner - have you heard of a house blessing or cleansing before? House blessings are a pagan practice of cleansing unwanted energies from the house and blessing it with the 5 elements (Air, Fire, Water, Earth, and Spirit).

I offer three house blessing rituals: The House Beginning Ritual, The House Cleansing Ritual, and The House Closing Ritual.

The beginning ritual is for when you first move into your home, and the purpose is to align the home's energy with your own while energetically cleansing and protecting it.

The cleansing ritual is when you feel your home's energy needs to be reset or cleansed.

Finally, the house closing ritual is when you move out of a home and want to "take your s**t with you" 😉

Any of these rituals can also take place in your apartment!

Have you been wondering what ceremonial reiki sessions are?

This is a blend of Reiki (Japanese energetic healing technique that can be done with light touch or at any distance) and American Witchcraft Ceremonial Magick.

Let me tell you the process.

First, I will ask you what your intention statement is. This could be anything from "reducing stress/anger/sadness", "processing grief", "aligning myself with my highest and best good" to "promoting happiness." The options are limitless. I can gladly guide you through the process and give suggestions.

Ideally, from there, I will look over the next few months and give you several dates and times to choose from that correspond with the moon phases. For me, I believe it is best to release around the Dark Moon and enrich during the Full Moon. However, if you need a session sooner than that - I always believe spiritual work can be done at any time. It depends on what you need and want.

Once your appointment is set, I begin to craft words and statements to use during the 75-minute ceremony - as well as what scents (simmer pot, incense, essential oils), and music will be present to enhance your experience and the intention.

While there is no guarantee your intention statement will come true, I believe asking the universe and sending out ripples never hurts anyone. At the very least, I hope to help you leave feeling relaxed and at ease.

This ceremony can be done again and again.

Cycle days 21-30... This is when most of my pain occurs..

Anyways, I tend to lean into rituals and anything that brings me relaxing comfort during this part of my cycle. Lots of rest, easy walks, reading, meditation, and baths tend to help alleviate the anxiety/mood swings and pain.

Cycle days 15-21

Around now, I’ve ovulated and I begin to become introspective. My pain begins to come back around. I feel like I’ve hiked to the top of a mountain, and I want to hike back down to share what I saw. I dive more into slow, sensual actions and try to remind myself to breathe, stay cozy, and nap. It’s okay to be exactly where you are and do what you need to do in order to be comfortable.

Cycle days 8-15 mood board.
These days of my cycle I am feeling fresh and sexy. I usually have an amazing amount of energy - especially creative energy. While the bleeding phase is related to the dark moon, death, and winter - the follicular (or pre-ovulatory phase) is related to spring, new moon, and rebirth. I did put in a full moon though to represent the ovulation that is about to occur 😅
