We are getting ready to open back up!

Dear Equilibrium Massage Therapy community,

I am so excited to see you all again! Thank you for your patience. While I am getting ready to open back up I have some updates for returning clients:


• We have reduced hours, and online booking will not be available at this time. Please call or text 603-548-1265 for availability and to schedule appointments. Sessions are limited to 30 minute and hour massages.

• Everyone will be required to wear a mask for the duration of their visit.

• When you arrive for your appointment please text me at 603-548-1265 to let me know of your arrival. I will call you back for your appointment intake and to let you inside. Temperatures will be taken at every appointment and you will have a pre-screen questionnaire to fill out..

• There will be hand sanitizer for you to use throughout the salon and treatment room. Please sanitize before entering the treatment room and before/after handling the square to check out.

• Due to new cleaning and sanitation protocols, late appointments will be decreased in time and charged full price.

• If you need to cancel your appointment due to COVID-19 please contact me as soon as possible and you will not be charged.

• Clients will receive pre-visit consultation within 24 hours prior to their appointment to screen for symptoms of COVID-19, recent travel, or close contact to any person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

• You will be required to sign an additional COVID-19 consent form and acknowledgement of these updated policies upon arrival.

Sadly some of our amenities have been removed due to new sanitation protocols. I apologize ahead of time for the "not as comfy" linens and blankets being used so sanitizing for each client is easier. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me!

Please be patient with me in getting used to our new system, and understand that I am high risk and may isolate again if the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding!

I will be sending out another e-mail when we are taking appointments, and texting everyone who was on my cancellation list from March.

I just wanted to thank all of your for your patience. Some of you already know I am waiting to return to work until I have resolved some personal health issues. I am hoping to start seeing clients again soon and will keep everyone informed when we open back up!

To my valued clients & friends:

Due to the spread of COVID-19 I will be postponing seeing clients on a week to week basis, reevaluating as circumstances change. This weeks appointments will be put on a priority list for rescheduling. For this reason there will be no online booking available during this time. I feel it is my ethical responsibility in helping to contain the virus and keep my clients, high risk or otherwise, safe from exposure.
