Hey Yogis!! We are here to help you through your 30 day challenge!! Here are some of OUR favorite tips, to help YOU succeed your 30 days! ❤️🔥
*Double up your classes!
Take a Power Flow and then find a Yin! Maybe a Pilates, and then a Flow to Yin! Find classes that seem to blend well together! Don’t over do it, take it slow, breathe, and stretch!
*Take a FlowDown
Our Flowdown is a little slow, a little flow, and a little sprinkle of yin! Once again finding a balance between all of our amazing classes will be the key to getting you through your 30 Day Challenge!
*Bring a friend
It’s always helpful to look next to you in class and see a familiar face! Grab a friend, find a class, and come move together!
*Try a class in our Soul room
While the heat is amazing, take a break! We offer amazing classes in our warm room! A little less sweat, but the same amazing workout!
*Share your progress on social media
Take some pictures, and tag us! We love seeing all of you yogis share the same love we have for our community!
