Recently I was told by a Dental Physician that sleep apnea is very commonly missed in adults, and these adults have teeth grinding problems.

Teeth grinding is very common with adults when they have undiagnosed sleep apnea, during sleep you grind your teeth because your tongue is unconsciously trying to open your airway.

Snoring + Teeth Grinding are very common symptoms that lead to a sleep apnea diagnosis
