Happy Friday! Today is my last day of hiking before I have to pack up and start heading home tomorrow, leaving vacation is never fun!
But anyway, on to the good stuff! Here is today's exercise of the day to add to your upper body workout!
Tricep dips: these can be done on a bench or chair or even on the floor in a reverse tabletop position with your fingertips facing toward your body for all positions, make sure you are bending those elbows so when you press back up you're feeling that squeeze in your triceps!
