Happy Friday! Today is my last day of hiking before I have to pack up and start heading home tomorrow, leaving vacation is never fun!

But anyway, on to the good stuff! Here is today's exercise of the day to add to your upper body workout!

Tricep dips: these can be done on a bench or chair or even on the floor in a reverse tabletop position with your fingertips facing toward your body for all positions, make sure you are bending those elbows so when you press back up you're feeling that squeeze in your triceps!

A little something from yesterday's mid day bodyweight upper body workout πŸ’ͺ🏼.

Decline Push Up: feet are elevated on a bench or chair or whatever you have accessible to you at the time, walk out to your nkrmal push up position aligning your wrists and shoulders, make sure to engage your core and keep the integrity in your lower back so it doesn't drop as you bring your chest toward the ground for your push up!

Give it a go! Test your upper body strength!

Today's exercise of the day is Resistance Band Squats. Looking to add a little resistance to your workout without all the equipment? Looking for something small enough to throw in your bag and travel with? The mini resistance bands are your answer!

This variation of a squat just helps that burn everyone wants to feel in their quads and glutes when they do squats without having to worry about having weights to use! Give it a go!

Resistance bands can be used for so many different exercises, stay tuned for more to come!

No equipment? Little space? Limited time? You can still get in a good sweat session and hit all the muscle groups! Today I did a hotel room bodyweight (and some mini resistance band) leg workout! I felt the activation of my muscles and broke a sweat! Here is my Bulgarian split squat with a bench in my room (you can use a coffee table or chair/couch, use your imagination). Happy Monday all! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‹πŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ
