We encourage you to share your story and thoughts; however, please keep in mind that we work in a regulated industry, which is why we ask that you follow our Community Guidelines outlined below. Note that we may not be able to respond to all comments and questions.

4. We have a responsibility with regard to drug safety reporting. Posts/comments mentioning side effects experienced while taking ENTRESTO must be reported to the FDA. Please see the Adverse Events section below for more information.
5. We want to ensure ENTRESTO is being taken appropriately. Posts/comments about off-label use of ENTRESTO will be removed. Off-label use encompasses any use of ENTRESTO for treatment outside of use specifically identified in the “Indication” section of the full Prescribing Information (https://bit.ly/2c7SJJd).
6. Your doctor is the best resource for medical advice and information when it comes to your health. Please don’t use information on this page to replace conversations with your doctor. Please do not take the page, or any community posts/comments, as medical advice. Likewise, please do not post any medical advice on the page.

10. If you post a question or seek out assistance on our page, someone from our ENTRESTO Support Team may direct message or otherwise contact you.
There is a chance that your post/comment may have included other content not outlined above. Please know that Novartis reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

We expect that you will honor others' property rights. Do not post content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content if it may violate such rights. We will respond to requests by anyone who notifies us that such rights are being violated.
Violation Protocol:
We reserve the right to ban users from the ENTRESTO page who violate the Community Guidelines. Please check often for updates, as we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Community Guidelines at any time. Your use of this page indicates your acceptance of any revisions to these terms. Also, while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, Novartis reserves the right to take any actions it deems appropriate to ensure this site is not disrupted or abused in any way.
If Community Guidelines violations continue, the Community Manager may ban the user and report him/her to Facebook.
Adverse Events and Product Complaints:
If you think that you have had any medical adverse event or reaction from a Novartis product, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist. You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA directly. Visit w ww.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088. We also encourage you to call 1-844-NVSocial (1-844-687-6242).
If you include any potential adverse events in your post, we may need to contact you to find out more information. We will also report this information to Novartis as well as to the FDA. This is due to our responsibility of drug safety reporting.
Storing and Using Personal Information:
We do not aim to store or use your personal details. However, in the case of an adverse event or product issue you report to us, we’d need to store and use identifying information about you, such as your name, location, health related information or similar in accordance with the applicable laws. This information is required to be submitted to the Novartis Drug Safety department and/or regulatory authorities. In such cases, we are also required to store your personal data for five years for auditing purposes. Please kindly note that we are using third-party service providers to help us manage your comments and messages which means that they, too, would have access to any personal information you share with us. Such third-party service providers are contractually bound to ensure an adequate protection and security of your personal information.
