Strong Wellness Center Strong Wellness Center, LLC is a rustic healing center offering Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Health Counseling, Cedar Saunas, and home-grown herbal products.

We are located in the beautiful northeast kingdom of Vermont. I offer 20 years of experience in Massage Therapy, Nutritional Counseling, and Wellness Advising. Several types of Massage Therapy are practiced including: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu, Thai, Pregnancy, Elder Care, Acupressure, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Exfoliating Scrubs, and Deep Moisture Wraps are all available ind

ividually or in combination. Generally 60 and 90 minute sessions are offered but 30 minute Reflexology sessions can be arranged. Nutritional Counseling requires at least 2 consecutive 60 minute sessions.
