(HOW MUCH SEA MOSS SHOULD I INGEST? A: That would depend on why you're taking it, however it is recommended that you never take more than 2 tablespoons because of its high levels of iodine. Too much iodine is not good for healthy thyroid function. Q: HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SEA MOSS GELS? A: I can't speak for anyone else's sea moss, but Dottie's All Natural Sea Moss Gels are absolutely delicious and are specially made to mask the sea taste by using natural fruits & other all natural & organic ingredients! My plain Sea Moss has a very subtle, fresh and clean taste. Q: HOW SHOULD SEA MOSS GEL BE STORED? A: To guarantee freshness and a longer shelf life, our All natural Sea Moss Gel must be kept refrigerated at all times. CAN SEA MOSS BE FROZEN? Yes it can be stored in the freezer up to 6 months. Q: HOW LONG DOES SEA MOSS GEL LAST. A: Sea Moss gels can freshly last in the refrigerator up to 2 - 2 1/2 weeks depending on how cold your refrigerator settings are, and depending on how consistent you are with eating it within that time frame. We recommend you to store half of your Sea Moss in a separate jar and placed in the freezer when eating less than 1 1/2 to preserve shelf life and to guarantee freshness. It is also recommended to place your unused Sea Moss in the freezer while on antibiotics, or if you should go away for a few days. Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
