Delia Marie Parker, 92, of Lincoln, Maine and formerly of East Hartford, CT entered into eternal life on Monday, January 19, 2026 in Lincoln, Maine. Delia was the loving wife of 25 years of the late Henri LeBlanc and for 25 years of the late Leo Parker. Born in New Brunswick, Canada on February 28, 1933, a daughter of the late Aldrick and Edmee (Casey) LeBlanc, she had been a resident of East Hartford for many years prior to moving to Lincoln, Maine several years ago.

A devout catholic, she was a woman of strong faith and attended mass regularly. She was a great cook and baker who enjoyed cooking for her family, friends, doctors, and everyone to enjoy. She was also a talented seamstress and quilter who liked making clothes and quilts for others. Most of all, she was a devoted wife, mother, and memere who always looked forward to spending time with her family.

Delia is survived by her five children, son Normand LeBlanc and his wife Joanne of Taunton, MA, daughter Diane Arseneault and her partner Steve of East Hartford, CT, son Gary LeBlanc of Lincoln, ME, son Roy LeBlanc of Manchester, CT, and daughter Bonita Harris and her husband John of Venice, FL and formerly of East Hartford, CT. She also leaves fifteen special grandchildren; twenty-three cherished great-grandchildren; two adored great, great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. In addition to her beloved husbands and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Linda LeBlanc and a grandson, Michael.

Funeral service celebrating Delia’s life will be Saturday, April 25, 2026, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church of North American Martyrs Parish, Main Street/Maplewood Avenue East Hartford. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, (Section R2), Burnside Avenue, East Hartford. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Delia’s name may be made to a favorite charity of the donor’s choice. The D’Esopo east Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford has been entrusted with the local funeral arrangements.
