Our hearts are absolutely overflowing with joy and emotion as we look back on the beautiful, sacred moments captured at our 4th Annual National Conference. This year, under the powerful theme Mycelium Trust, we watched our network expand, deepen, and connect in ways we could have only dreamed of when we first launched this national gathering four years ago.
While our annual conference is celebrating its fourth year, Healing By Growing™ Farms has been rooted in this community for over six wonderful years.
Looking back at our humble beginnings, I am filled with a profound sense of wonder. Who could have ever known that out of the dark tragedy of my personal Brain Injury, so many immense blessings, hope, and deep healing would pour out into the world in the short years that followed?
I am personally, first and foremost, eternally grateful to God for His hand upon this mission. As a full-time, volunteer-only staff ministry, I am constantly amazed and humbled by the way God faithfully continues to provide for us, guide us, and sustain our steps. Because of that divine provision, our mission of providing a barrier-free path to healing and food security has flourished far beyond what we imagined.
We have not only expanded across multiple states, but we have truly blossomed into a global entity! Today, we are blessed to oversee 14 healing gardens across the USA, Nigeria, Mexico, and beyond and our global movement continues to grow every single day.
This year, our community gathered from across 11 different states, proving that the message of therapeutic agriculture, accessibility, and restorative healing knows no boundaries.
Together, we achieved our highest event ratings to date—a true testament to the power of what happens when we lead from the heart and grow together. 🌱✨
