🥳 F I V E years, friends!! Active Recovery is 5 years old today, October 1st. What a great five years it's been, thanks in large part to YOU!

Thank you to everyone who has entrusted their care to us, supported us, and shared your love of Active Recovery with your friends and neighbors. Word of mouth truly is the best marketing tool and you guys have killed it!

We've been blessed to have grown each year in our business, bringing on new employees, making adjustments within our practice, and being involved in the community in various ways. A highlight was certainly being named East Jordan's 2025 Business of the Year - what an honor!!

As you know we've also been blessed to grow our families from four kids in 2020 to almost eight in 2025!! We couldn't have done this WITHOUT our husbands (and hardest working maintenance crew) and the REASON we do this is for our kids. Our children are our greatest gifts and we love to share that with you! If you've ever been a patient here you've heard a funny story or two and we love that we have been able to build this community here with you.

Happy Monday my friends!! I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend!! With Spring a month old time to start talking about warmer weather and summertime.
With that brings the 2025 Summer Performance Camp is now registering for our 4th annual summer camp!!

This camp has helped 6 former athletes earn All State honors, more than 2 dozen athletes earn All Conference honors, and multiple have worked their way to the collegiate level. This is one of our best camps of the year, and will help athletes get a jump on the Fall Sports season with improved preformance.

Using the latest in sport science methods, and years of experience training elite athletes, our program is no cookie cutter online program. This program is specifically built for each athlete and is based around their individual abilities and goals for success. We get results!
