Water is down only a bit this year as compared to last year at this time however, I feel with our very weak winter in the mid-west region, we will not have our normal rise in water levels this summer. This is why we have been adding sections of docks to get your boatlifts to deeper water. It seems we may have a year like 2021 or 2012 when the water didn't rise in the summer and dropped significantly in the fall. Those years we had some service calls to help push boats of off the lifts come late October and Early November.

This is why we dockers don't start early just because there is open water. This area had been clear for about a week. A permanent dock can't take a serious ice shift, what is a sectional going to do?

Lake Levels down about 18 inches this year. Down 39 inches since we peeked in July of 2020! Hard to believe.
