When your best friend of 24 years is getting married… it’s pure joy to travel to South Africa to celebrate, an honor to be her maid-of-honor, and an absolute treat to be reunited with so many friends and loved ones. The wedding celebrations were perfect! The hardest part was saying goodbye…

Feeling the physical effects of a desk job? I know you’ve heard it before, but keep trying to move more, keep tweaking your workspace until it feels “right”, and …come in for a massage (okay, that last one might be new). It’s okay that you sometimes forget, get overly relaxed with your posture, and have a hard time walking away from that deadline. The goal is to be kind to yourself (this includes your body) while also continuously challenging yourself.
