How did we get here? Michigan State University’s Department of Surgery opened the MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center on July 18th, 2016, bringing together our team of MSU board-certified, fellowship-trained vascular surgeons, and the area’s most experienced medical aestheticians, permanent cosmetic specialist, and cosmetic injector. What started out as a small team collaborating to lay the foundation of the practice over 20 years ago (10 years prior to partnering with MSU), has grown into an established group of hard-working and passionate individuals who are driven to provide the safest and most effective treatment methods in the aesthetics industry. MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center offers a wide-range of services including laser skin resurfacing, BroadBand Light, MORPHEUS 8 radiofrequency microneedling, TRITON dual wavelength laser hair reduction, permanent cosmetics, injectables, medical-grade skincare products, and more! Our practice performs thousands of Sciton light and laser-based treatments per year and is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced laser centers in the state of Michigan. Our practice is inspected annually by MSU’s Laser Safety Officer, conveniently located here on campus, to ensure that our practice, as well as our machines, are running safely, effectively, and up to code. In addition, our medical aestheticians are trained and re-certified annually on laser safety and handling through the university. At MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center we offer customized treatment plans including medical-grade, home-care regimens. Using knowledge that we acquired by annually attending over 300 hours of in-person training and unlimited online continuing education opportunities, we ensure that you not only reach your goals faster, but you will achieve long-lasting, visible results.
