At Ellie Mental Health – East Lansing, we’re celebrating Social Work Month by highlighting the incredible social workers who uplift, defend, and transform lives in our community. Today we’re excited to spotlight Hannah Frazier, LLMSW.
Hannah earned both her Bachelor’s and MSW degrees from Michigan State University (Go Spartans!), with a minor in Human Behavior and Social Services. As a former MSU athlete, Hannah understands the pressures of performance, expectations, and balancing mental health with school, sports, and life responsibilities.
Hannah has extensive experience working with adolescents in many different settings, including outpatient therapy, residential treatment, and juvenile probation. She specializes in trauma work, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and eating disorders.
While she has a strong background supporting teens, Hannah also works with children and adults, using a person-centered approach that focuses on each client’s unique goals. She believes that developing self-awareness and insight is a powerful part of the healing process and is passionate about helping clients grow in a supportive, judgment-free space.
(Fun fact: Hannah is also a big animal lover 🐾)
