Upper arm BodyTite! 🔥

BodyTite procedures use a combination of radiofrequency and traditional liposuction to tighten skin and remove unwanted fat. Technically, we shouldn’t even look at before and after pictures until at least 12 weeks out. At 6 weeks out, this patient is still in active healing. She still has residual swelling and skin tightening has just started! But the results so far are too good not to share. 👏

Meet the newest member of the Aqua Tribe - Mary Murray, FNP-BC! ✨

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Mary specializes in partnering with patients to achieve their health and wellness goals. She has experience working in a variety of healthcare settings including dermatology, weight loss management, internal medicine, and acute care. Mary’s approach to skin care and wellness emphasizes patient education and collaboration with a focus on creating sustainable, balanced results. She is passionate about helping patients feel like the most confident, energized versions of themselves.

Through her experience in dermatology Mary developed a strong appreciation for prevention and the confidence-boosting impact of treating sun damage, acne scars, and age-related changes. She is trained in neuromodulators for wrinkle reduction and enjoys creating a personalized skin
care plan tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. In addition to skin care Mary has a strong interest in nutrition and exercise. She believes true health and wellness extend beyond the number on the scale and is rooted in finding the right balance. She encourages patients to find forms of movement they enjoy and works closely with them to create individualized, realistic weight management plans.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in East Lansing and visiting Lake Michigan. Her favorite forms of movement are running, yoga, strength training, and
swimming.

Mary is an incredible addition to our team, and we are so excited for you to meet her! 🩵
