I have been loving making this new recipe (courtesy of some fellow dietitians)! These come together nicely, and taste great. They are perfect to send with my daughter on track meet days for pre-meet fuel or refueling between events! They would also work well between baseball/softball double headers!

Springtime is a great time for - especially as a new competition season begins! It was awesome to be on site this week with Pewamo-Westphalia Varsity Cross Country/Track and Lansing Community College Baseball

Very different sports with very different nutritional needs but the same overall goal: optimize health and optimize performance.
