Send a message to MSU Alpha Epsilon Delta- Pre-Professional Society for Health Careers:
The Preprofessional Society for Health Careers at MSU is a student organization which is sponsored by the Michigan Gamma Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta - the national honor society for students interested in health careers.
All students interested in pursuing careers in medicine, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, podiatry, physical therapy, or any other career in health are invited to join the Preprofessional Society for Health Careers regardless of the GPA or class level. Students who join the Preprofessional Society for Health Careers will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities and support services. These activities include professional school tours, speakers, social activities, service projects and information about becoming well qualified applicants to professional schools. The Preprofessional society offers opportunities for undergraduate students to speak with established professionals within a wide range of health careers. Doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and many more are invited to speak and share their knowledge about their field. We also provide many volunteering opportunities throughout the greater Lansing area and on campus at MSU. The Preprofessional Society coordinates an annual trip to the Dominican Republic where members are working alongside doctors and nurses to gain first-hand experience in the medical profession.
**Meetings are held in the Natural Sciences Building on Monday evenings every other week. Like this page to be notified of our upcoming meetings!
