Beyond the Scale When people think of healthy, they only consider their physical bodies. Living a healthier lifestyle is not just about the food we eat or the exercise we do!

Often, we fail to recognize other factors that contribute to our overall well-being. We are made up 5 parts…. Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spirituality, Intellectual and Social. OK, well 6. Everything is tied together, sometimes in nice pretty bow and sometimes all tangled up in knots! This page is about ways to well being- Connection, mindfulness, nutrition, the relationship with ourselves, other

s and food. It’s about finding joy and laughter, learning to be more active, taking notice, personal growth, giving, empowerment, healing, self-love, self- acceptance and stress management. It’s about growing together; If we fall, let’s rise together, if we are feeling powerless, lets empower each other and if we are feeling drained, lets replenish each other! Come along with me on my journey and let me share my story of being on what seems like every diet under the sun, things I’ve learned along the way, the successes and yes even the failures. NEVER Stop Learning, because, LIFE Never Stops Teaching!
