Exhilaration! Excitement! Anticipation!
Feeling all the feels when I realize release day is almost here!
I have so much gratitude in my heart for the opportunity to tell a little bit of my story.
I wrote the final draft of my chapter a few weeks after my mother passed away.
Even though it was difficult to focus on how to express MY story when I had just witness my mother’s earthly story come to an end, I knew that the timing was right. I gained a clarity during the process I hadn’t had before and I really dug deep to connect with the emotions I felt while coming back to myself.
I feel honored and a little nervous to have my chapter read, my story seen, my experience known.
I’m also so honored to be sharing this book with these other amazing authors. I feel such gratitude for the wisdom they share on these pages. Just a few more days! 🥳

“You’re doing better than you think.”
This quote soothes my soul. Brings me back to center. Brings me peace.
After a long year and the last fast dash to Christmas it can feel like the year has just been one exhausting thing after another.
But as we sit with the our realities and expand out to see the bigger picture, each and every step we took forward is “SUCCESS”.
Each destructive pattern recognized and changed is VICTORY.
Each relationship shift toward sovereignty is TRIUMPH.
Each life lesson integrated in our soul is a WIN.
Is there more? Yes. But You’re doing better than you think.
I feel excitement for the new year and for the experiences it will bring. More loving, more flow, more understanding, more living!
