What if we told you…

is what happens when comfort food
and “I should probably eat better” finally get along 😂

Cheesy crust ✔️
Creamy spread ✔️
Fresh, crunchy veggies on top ✔️

And somehow… you still feel good after eating it 👀🔥

🥦🍕 Veggie Pizza

🛒 Ingredients:

CRUST:

1 3/4 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
Pinch of sea salt

SAUCE:

Remaining cream cheese (8 oz. pkg. minus 2 Tbsp)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp dill w**d
1/8 tsp garlic powder

TOPPING:

1 cup small broccoli florets 🥦
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped 🌶️
1/4 cup shredded carrot 🥕
2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated cheddar 🧀

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F
2️⃣ In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella, almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, and cream cheese
3️⃣ Microwave 1 min 30 sec, stir, then heat another 30 sec if needed

4️⃣ Add egg, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt
5️⃣ Knead into a dough ball

6️⃣ Roll out between parchment paper to cookie sheet size
7️⃣ Remove top parchment + bake 12–15 minutes until golden
8️⃣ Let cool

Filling + Topping:

9️⃣ Mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and garlic powder
🔟 Spread over cooled crust
1️⃣1️⃣ Top with veggies + cheddar
1️⃣2️⃣ Slice into 12 pieces and try not to eat half the pan 😏🔥

are what happens when “eating better”
and “I still want something amazing” meet in the middle 🔥

Crispy cheese shell
Savory seasoned beef
Fresh toppings piled on top 🤤

Healthy…
but also feels like you’re getting away with something 😅

🧀🌮 Taco Cups
(Cheese cups have more fun...it's science)

🛒 Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper

Toppings:

Sour cream
Diced avocado 🥑
Fresh cilantro 🌿
Chopped tomatoes 🍅
👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375° + line baking sheet with parchment
2️⃣ Spoon ~2 tbsp cheddar into small circles, a few inches apart
3️⃣ Bake ~6 minutes until bubbly + edges golden
4️⃣ Let cool 1 minute, then transfer to muffin tin (shape into cups)
5️⃣ Use another muffin tin or hands to mold, cool ~10 minutes
6️⃣ In skillet: heat oil, cook onion ~5 minutes
7️⃣ Add garlic, then ground beef (cook until browned)
8️⃣ Drain fat, season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt + pepper
9️⃣ Fill cheese cups with beef + top with all the good stuff 😏👇
