January Employee of the Month
Laura is our Activites Director, she’s been part of the Valley Oaks team since November 2024. Laura walks in the building everyday with a smile on her face and is eager to spend time with the residents. Not only does she spend time with the residents, she is also a team player, and helps anywhere she is needed with a positive “go getter” attitude. Laura is very creative and goes above and beyond her job duties. Laura is very open-minded to new ideas and suggestions and always finds a way to make it happen! Laura is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t know she figures it out. Even though Laura has been with us for a short time she is very deserving of the title “Employee of the Month” ❤️
