Definitely the best CPR & First Aid course I’ve ever taken!
I recently completed First Aid & CPR training with . The lessons were clear, easy to follow, and packed with practical tips I can actually use in everyday life. I loved how the course tied concepts to real-world situations—you feel prepared for the emergencies you hope never happen. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone looking for training that’s engaging, practical, and truly relevant.

The snow is deep and the air is cold. ❄️
Even a few minutes outside — breathing fresh crisp air, looking around at the winter world, crunching snow underfoot — can be enough to reset little bodies and minds.

Short bursts of winter air can support circulation, boost mood, and help regulate the nervous system — especially for toddlers and preschoolers.

Bundle up. Follow their lead. Come back in when it’s time.

And bring the snow inside!

Bowls, spoons, cups, hands. Let play continue where it feels right 💛

Short moments count. Warmth matters. Play meets us where we are 🌿

✨Caregiver tip: Put a towel in the bathtub and bring the bowl of snow in there — easy cleanup and less mess.

💛 Muddy Buddies Update 💛

We were planning to be back this February, but we’ve decided to extend our winter pause a bit longer as we focus on family. Taking this extra time will help us return feeling grounded, present, and ready to enjoy all the muddy, joyful outdoor moments together.

We will return this spring and we will share dates as soon as they’re confirmed. Registration details will be announced with plenty of notice.

Thanks so much for your continued support and understanding—we truly can’t wait to be back outside with you soon 🌱

Ever notice there aren’t many chairs for Littles at Muddy Buddies? 🤔

That’s on purpose!

When children stand, move, and explore, they’re building strong core muscles that help with balance, posture, and coordination. Less sitting = more reaching, bending, twisting, and playing—which supports confident movement and growing bodies.

Movement also fuels social connection and deeper engagement with the world around them.

At Muddy Buddies, play is intentionally designed to be active, social, and developmentally supportive—because movement matters! ✨

🌳THANK YOU!🌳We’re so grateful to Arbortech Tree Services for generously providing beautiful stumps and logs for our new Discovery Woods play area at Squire Farm. Along with the pieces they specially prepared for us — including a tree trunk they halved to create two fantastic balance beams — they also shared logs from a recent tree job to add to our growing collection of natural play materials. And to top it all off, they personally delivered everything!
Discovery Woods is coming together little by little. It’s been a slow but exciting process, and the support and generosity of our amazing community truly means the world to us. 💚

What a weekend! 🎄✨

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Christmas Pop-Up at Muddy Buddies at Squire Farm! We had 128 kids come to play—128 smiles, giggles, and moments full of Christmas cheer. Our hearts are so full. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for this amazing community that continues to support Muddy Buddies. A huge thank you to our family and friends who helped make everything run smoothly, and to Squire Farm for the magical hayrides and festive atmosphere-so many people said it felt like a Hallmark movie! 🚜🌲
