Whether your child is sick or needs a school physical; our pediatric services are performed by the top pediatric providers in the area. At our practice, we provide a comprehensive team approach for all of our patients, which includes diet and nutrition consultations and obesity and behavioral management. Bring your children in for sick and wellness visits and school and sport physicals. At our practice, we respect your time and do our best to honor your appointment schedule. However, due to the unpredictable nature of our specialty, occasional disruptions do occur. Just as we strive to adhere to our appointment schedule, we ask that you do the same. When you need to reschedule or verify an appointment, please call us at your earliest opportunity. For after-hour emergencies, call (413) 525-1870 and the provider on call will be paged immediately. We provide coverage for emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When your emergency call is not returned within 20 minutes, please call us again. If your call is not an emergency and can wait until regular office hours, we greatly appreciate your consideration.

We've had an exciting week here at Pediatric Services! We'd like to welcome Deaven Theriault, D.O. to the team!

Originally from Springfield and Ludlow, Massachusetts, Dr. Theriault brings a strong connection to our community along with exceptional medical training. She earned her medical degree from Rocky Vista University in Colorado and went on to complete her pediatric residency at Baystate Medical Center.

Dr. Theriault is especially excited to be practicing in the area where she grew up, and she looks forward to building lasting relationships with local families and caring for the next generation.
