Located on fourteen beautiful acres of wooded land in East Longmeadow, MA, bordering Franconia Golf Course, East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center has been caring for people in the Pioneer Valley area since 1965. Our award-winning care includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, long-term care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite care short stays, and hospice services.
