We’re excited to announce that our Adult Transition Program currently has openings for young
adults ages 18–22 who are ready to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills as
they transition into adulthood.

Program Focus Areas

Social Skills
Build meaningful connections, improve communication, and develop positive relationships.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Learn practical life skills that promote independence at home and in the community.

Vocational Skills
Gain job-readiness experience and prepare for future employment opportunities.

Volunteer Opportunities
Give back to the community while building teamwork, responsibility, and confidence.
