Embracing Life’s Path

We’re excited to share that our Adult Transition Program currently has openings for young adults ages 18–22 who are ready to build independence and confidence as they move into adulthood.
Our program focuses on:
💬 Social Skills – Building meaningful connections and communication skills.
🏠 ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) – Learning practical life skills for greater independence.
💼 Vocational Skills – Gaining job-readiness experience to prepare for future employment.
🤝 Volunteer Opportunities – Giving back to the community while developing teamwork and responsibility.
