📍 Position: Part-Time BCBA
🕒 Schedule: Afternoon hours (3-5:30/6)
📌 Location: Embracing the Creative Child, 55 Deer Park Drive East Longmeadow, MA

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Supervise and support social skills groups. Run social skill lessons
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Lead Social Skills RBTs
• Monitor client progress and ensure quality programming
• Complete treatment plans and caregiver guidance sessions.

💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with social skills programming preferred
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping individuals build meaningful connections
