Change of Tides Therapy LLC was founded in 2023 by Katie Camann after leaving a nine year career in a public mental health setting. Her passions include working with people facing adjustments in their life, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Formerly a domestic violence victim advocate and sexual assault victim counselor, she has an extensive background in working with trauma victims. Other passions and additional trainings also include working with individuals suffering from perinatal mood disorders and gender identity issues. Her primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
