We offer yoga, hot yoga, group cycling, Barre/Pilates, TRX, workshops, yoga teacher training, and more!!!
Our teachers care about your well being and will work to provide classes that excite you about healthy living. We offer a wide variety of fitness activities that complement each other. Our classes aim to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness; which often results in better life & physical balance, stress reduction, and most important - a more positive outlook on life!
Our community is non-judgmental and non-competitive, yet challenging. It is an environment that is supportive of you, where you are, and where you want to be!
Our hours vary daily, depending on the class schedule, but we are open 7 days a week! We have early cycle and yoga Mon - Fri, so you can come in before work.
