You just have to make it a priority, and the way you sh- you should do it is that you make sure you always have in the refrigerator, blueberries, strawberries, whatever. have of eggs on hand, just having in the refrigerator, easy access. turkey, you prepare it, and you it away, so it's there. All you have to do is reheat it in a, uh, in the microwave or on a, on a pan. Baked potatoes, bake them, put them away, um, heat, reheat them. They're very good against... Grapes, don't worry about the sugar content. You worry about the sugar content in Twinkies. the thing that I do is, you know, with, with-- you have which is, as you can see, this is real life. This is where I'm at. I'm probably gonna have to make some more. Um, you know, for the family and everybody that cook for, I do about seventy breasts a month, like that. So you wanna have these things at the ready. Turkey's fanta-- turkey, ground turkey's fantastic because very low in fat, but just yourself. Have that at the ready, so when you're hungry, you don't have the food to go to, like the chips and the pastries, and you have whole foods, and that's how you prep.
