I had the opportunity to speak about my whole-body approach to feeding, communication, and regulation.

We discuss:
• Feeding development and challenges
• Oral motor and myofunctional therapy
• The connection between airway, function, and behavior

This conversation highlights how looking beyond behavior leads to real progress.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be presenting at the Molloy University CSD Convention on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟲. This year, you can join me 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺.

I’ll be offering two sessions:
🕙 10:15 AM
🕑 2:00 PM

“𝗪𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲-𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘆, 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮-𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻”

When we look at feeding challenges through a whole-body, regulation-based lens, we begin to see that it’s about so much more than the mouth. 𝗪𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄:
• Posture impacts stability and safety
• Breathing affects coordination
• Sensory processing shapes acceptance
• Emotional regulation influences trust and participation

There will also be a hands-on component where I’ll demonstrate practical techniques you can begin using right away.

💻 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, this will still be interactive. I’ll share a short list of simple items to have ready in the comments below so you can fully participate from home.

Whether you’re supporting a child, a teen, or an adult, this workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of the 𝘸𝘩𝘺 behind feeding difficulties and provide tools you can immediately apply.

Focuses on feeding through a whole-body lens — looking at posture, breathing, sensory processing, regulation, and emotional safety, not just what happens at the mouth.
This session is designed for caregivers and professionals who want a deeper understanding of 𝘸𝘩𝘺 feeding challenges happen and 𝘩𝘰𝘸 to support children (and adults) more effectively.
