Located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, our physicians are physiatrists, specialists in non-surgical spine and orthopedic rehabilitation.

From the diagnosis and rehabilitation of spine, joint, and soft tissue disorders, to state of the art spinal epidural injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound techniques, to assisting with surgical planning and post-operative care if indicated. We are your one stop treatment destination.
