Spring is here 🌿 and for many people, that also means more back pain.

After a slower winter, jumping into yard work, exercise, and daily activity can put extra strain on your muscles and joints.

Easing back into movement and paying attention to how your body feels can help reduce your risk of injury.

If pain lingers or worsens, it may be time to have it evaluated.

Do you have back pain that simply won't go away?

Occasional soreness can improve with rest and activity modification. But if pain:

• Lasts longer than a few weeks
• Radiates into your arms or legs
• Worsens over time
• Interferes with work, sleep, or daily activities

…it may be time to see a spine specialist.

You don’t have to “wait it out” if it’s not improving. LI Spine is here to help. 💙

Spring cleaning season is here. 🌸

Before you tackle closets, cabinets, and baseboards, protect your back with a few simple tips:

✔️ Bend at your knees, not your waist
✔️ Keep items close to your body when lifting
✔️ Avoid twisting while carrying heavy objects
✔️ Take stretch breaks throughout the day

A little preparation can help prevent days of back pain.
