Having besties that are fellow herbalist is so pleasant.. joyful.. fulfilling.. necessary! Having besties that till the land and connect deeply to our fellow plants is required! I’m so incredibly thankful!

- motherwort, plantain, hawthorn leaf, cat mint - fresh plant infusion is one of my tools favorite ways to commune with plant friends!

What a beautiful gift to make this tea from ethically wild harvested & homegrown herbs!

My purpose of this infusion is to connect to where the plants came from. To bring myself to the very land that they choose to grow in. To remember that even though I stand in my domesticated kitchen making this infusion, I have roots in the wild voice of plant medicine.

I feel at home in the woods

Nature is a place that fully accepts me for who I am. All the parts, shown and not shown.. the happiness the sadness. She just stands in her unwavering power… influencing all that finds her presence to do the same. Nothing else truly matters. Just a grounding into the union of the Great Father and Mother as they hold space for all things to find their way… the way home.

Fresh lemons means so many goodies!

Lemon honey syrup: 🍋
Fresh clean organic lemon peels
Squeeze of lemon juice
Raw honey
“Gently” warm in a double boiler (1-2 hours or until desired taste is achieved)
That’s it!!!!

You can eat the peels as is or slightly dehydrate to make candy lemon peels!

Yum!

Where I want to bee 🐝

Nestled in a mallow flower covered in sweet pollen!

Dancing around using my senses to find my way!

My energy being used as part of a significant Divine purpose!
I want this to bee my life!

I love how the desert wastes no time taking advantage of the life giving waters! It sees an opportunity to grow and bloom when it is supported! Its attentiveness is inspiring.

After nearly 160 days of NO rain a soft drizzle appeared last week…. And this is the result!

I feel that state of dormant, waiting for that moment when the rain touches my skin.

Bee Magic

I sat close and allowed the bees to share their wisdoms.

The buzzing was both soothing and energizing. They spoke of hope and the ways of gathering resources to reach my manifestations. They spoke of the importance of me doing my individual work within the community of like vibrations. The importance of the self within the whole. They were welcoming and allowed for me to sit among them (even when I was trying to get photo after photo). Vibrational healing is epic and our body/mind responds deeply to the vibrations around us.. this reminds me to stay within the vibrations I need.

Nectar collecting reminds us to gather sweetness and joy as we go. That this IS the ‘work’. Stay focused and reach for the hearts goals.

2. As fast as I can, no time to pause
3. Slow but steady, they say that’s what wins the race..

There is no wrong answer. We move at different paces at different times in life. This can be both painful and joyful. We are human. We are here to experience the sense of feeling. Sometimes that’s shallow in nature and sometimes it’s deep. It’s the experience.
