What is an Evolt 360 Body Composition Scan?
The Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyzer provides you with a full detailed report on what your body is made up of. It uses bio impedance analysis (BIA). BIA sends a mild, safe current that travels through the body to determine the impedance and reactance of tissue within the body. The scan provides more than 40 measurements, including lean body mass, body fat mass, total body water, skeletal muscles mass, visceral fat and more.
Using the Evolt Active app you can track your progress, set personalized goals, and make informed decisions about diet and exercise.
For the month of April, we are offering a limited time discount on body scans for $39.00. You can walk-in Tues and Thurs 9am -11am. It only takes a few minutes. You will receive a printed copy of your results. You can also track your progress by downloading the “Evolt Active App”
How to prepare:
- Download the Evolt Active app and create an account. Fill in your personal data and preferences
- Fast for 3 – 4 hours; you can drink a few cups of water 2 hours prior
- Wear light clothing
- Use the restroom before your scan
