Positive Affirmations are POWER 💥FULL! They help children develop a sense of self worth and support a positive overall mindset.

We have probably over 100 positive statements we’ve developed and created with children that have continuously been used as repeating mantras both silently and aloud. “I am strong” and “I am able.”

When accompanied by imagining themselves as they are declaring, over time, these statements will become beliefs. Children will believe that they are strong, confident, and able to take on any challenge which, as you can imagine, is great for their wellbeing and self-esteem!
