How it all started

After years of trying to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up, I finally realized why not do something I love! So I took my years of cleaning mixed it with my knowledge of painting drywall and minor renovations and that is when I knew what I wanted to do when I grew up! Well you must crawl before you walk and after a few failed attempts of trying to run first. I stepped back and put everything that I was trying to do and looked at what was working and what was not. And trust me at first A LOT was not. That is when Dixie Darlings was born. I wanted to keep the business small so we could give our clients the quality service they deserve. I wanted to make sure that if it wasn't myself going into our clients home then it was someone I would trust with my children. And my children are my everything. Our prices are for every budget and we work around our clients schedules we do evening and weekend appointments. We also have discounts for seniors and single parents because sometimes after working all day or night and doing the day to day struggle its nice to have some help and be able to enjoy time with family instead of having to clean. And our seniors have already gave so much and if I can give a little something back it makes it all worth it. I learned a long time ago you have to make money to live. But I also learned you cant live just to make money and of course my whole purpose is be a successful profitable business. However I will always stay true to my morals and values I hope this journey will bring successful relationships with my clients and other small businesses. As well be profitable to give my family a better future. So follow me in this journey of what I want to be when I grow up!
