Stone Ridge Medical Group is a family medicine practice serving the entire Quad Cities region, including Moline, East Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, Bettendorf and beyond! We offer a variety of family practice services, including pediatrics, adolescent care, adult medicine, physicals, chronic disease management and geriatrics. Our emphasis is on wellness and preventive care, but we do offer same day appointments for patients who are ill or injured. We know that schedules can change and things don’t always go as planned.
With that said, we’ve seen a rise in missed appointments, and in order to better serve all of our patients, a new No-Show Policy will take effect starting 4/1/26.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24 hour notice.

First missed appointment: $25 fee
Additional missed appointments: $50 fee
After 3 missed appointments in a calendar year, continued care is at the provider’s discretion and may result in dismissal.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care to all patients.
